  Kocharian, top brass discuss preparation works for Rubezh 2008February 1, 2008 - 18:17 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian President Robert Kocharian attended the General Staff to hold a working conference with the Ministers of Defense and Foreign Affairs and the head of the National Security Service, the RA leader's press office reported. The participants discussed preparation works for Rubezh 2008 command and staff exercise due in Armenia within a CSTO program.
