  NKR will be recognized irrespective of Kosovo developmentsFebruary 19, 2008 - 14:25 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The Nagorno Karabakh Republic will be recognized as an independent state irrespective of Kosovo's status, Armenian National Assembly Speaker Tigran Torosian told reporters today. "The NKR precedent is invulnerable from the viewpoint of independence recognition. This fact is scientifically proved," he said, Novosti Armenia reports.
