  Karabakh conflict should be handed peaceful resolutionFebruary 26, 2008 - 15:42 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - "The OSCE is in charge of resolution of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict and as the Chairman-in-Office I am ready to promote progress in the negotiation process," Finnish Foreign Minister Ilkka Kanerva told a news conference in Yerevan."The conflict should be handed peaceful resolution," he said. "The OSCE Minsk Group is the only structure dealing with the conflict and it needs support and encouragement." The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
