  Dan Fried: OSCE MG most efficient format for Karabakh conflict settlementOctober 17, 2008 - 19:55 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian President Serzh Sarsgyan met Friday with U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs, Daniel Fried, to discuss the U.S.-Armenia cooperation, regional problems and the Karabakh conflict settlement, the RA leader's press office told PanARMENIAN.Net The two emphasized that the OSCE Minsk Group is most efficient format for Karabakh conflict settlement and that the problem should resolved on the basis of international law. They also touched on possibilities to normalize Armenian-Turkish relations.   Top stories Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
