  Gegham Gharibjanian can be appointed RA NA head of staff?January 19, 2009 - 20:27 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Former Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister Gegham Gharibjanian may replace Hayk Kotanyan at the post of RA National Assembly head of staff, an informed source told PanARMENIAN.Net Hayk Kotanyan was relieved from the post by RA NA speaker Hovik Abrahamyan's edict last week. On January 19, 2009, Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree on dismissal of Gegham Gharibjanian from the post of RA Deputy Foreign Minister. Gharibjanian was reported to take up another job.   Top stories Grigoryan added that the situation around the world and particularly in the region is very difficult. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
