  Will Gagik Beglaryan replace Yervand Zakharyan as new Mayor of Yerevan?March 2, 2009 - 18:11 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Some Armenian media circulated information today that Kentron Community Head Gagik Beglaryan will replace Yervand Zakharyan at the post of Mayor of Yerevan. Besides, the reports said that Deputy Mayor Kamo Areyan will be replaced by Avan Community Prefect Taron Margaryan. "The reports are not true, although Gagik Beglaryan can be appointed to the post in May," Beglaryan's assistant Aram Arutyunyan told PanARMENIAN.Net "Gagik Beglaryan keeps administering Kenton communities. According to Anna Martirosyan, the head of the Mayor's office PR division, the city administration does not possess information of the kind.
