"If he doesn't produce facts, his behavior resembles personal propaganda. The Ombudsman has no right to represent the Prosecutor General's Office as a repressive structure basing on complaints he receives," the statement says. Presenting his annual report yesterday, the Ombudsman said "he is worried that citizens are subjected to tortures in prisons." "Accusations without facts prompt lack of professionalism.
