  France to endeavor for Karabakh conflict peaceful resolutionMarch 27, 2009 - 22:32 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian met with French Ambassador to RA Serge Smessov.During the meeting, Ambassador Smessov conveyed French Foreign Minister Bernard Kouchner's message to Edward Nalbandian and stressed the importance of Moscow and Helsinki declarations. "As co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group, France will spare effort for resolution of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict," he said.
