NEGOTIATIONS ON KARABAKH "IN POSITIVE FIELD," OSCE MINSK GROUP CO-CHAIRS CONSIDER

PanARMENIAN.Net - The process of negotiations on the Karabakh settlement is "in the positive field." The OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs stated it upon the completion of the meeting with Armenian President Robert Kocharian in Tallinn. According to media reports, the mediators refused to make public the details of the conversation with the Armenian leader, only noting that the work continues. As Robert Kocharian noted in his turn, at present the intermediaries are trying to organize the meeting of the Armenian and Azeri Presidents. In the President's words, the basic difficulty in the settlement process is caused by the tendency of the parties to conflict to solve the problem by means of the least concessions by themselves.
