Victories in warzone revitalizes our belief in own strength

PanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan congratulated compatriots in connection with 91th anniversary of the First Republic Day. He wished a boundless belief into the future of the Armenian statehood.



As Mr. Sargsyan noted in his address, the First Republic was born thanks to the will, unity and purposefulness of the Armenian people, qualities emerged and revealed in the Artsakh liberation war.



"Heroic battles in Sardarapat, Bash-Aparan and Karakilisa in May 1918 resulted in declaration of independence after centuries of bondage", the prime minister said.



"Victories in warzone have revitalized our belief in own strength. Our nation is determined in strengthening the statehood and overcoming barriers on the way to prosperous future", the prime minister said.



He wished Armenian people sound health, peace, optimism and firm statehood.
