Hovannisian evaluated the report of the Swiss deputy for the refugee issues in Armenia and Azerbaijan as an impartial one. According to him, the report condemns the attempts of Azerbaijan to take the issues of refugees from social level to political one. According to the information introduced by the Swiss deputy, there are 570000 migrants and 120000 refugees in Azerbaijan "living in inhuman conditions".
