NAGORNO KARABAKH REPUBLIC LEADERSHIP READY TO DISCUSS ISSUES OF REFUGEE RETURN WITH AZERBAIJAN

PanARMENIAN.Net - NKR leadership is ready to discuss all questions connected with elimination of the consequences of the conflict and return of refugees. Nagorno Karabakh Republic Foreign Minister Naira Melkumian stated it at the press conference held in Stepanakert. She confirmed Stepanakert's readiness to compromise. At the same time she noted that Nagorno Karabakh would agree to concessions, which would not limit the Nagorno Karabakh Republic independent status. The Minister stated that Karabakh should be guaranteed border inviolability. Naira Melkumian noted that NKR leadership is for establishment of confidence between the parties of the conflict, as well as economic cooperation, which would assist to overcome the difficulties.
