  AZERI RIGHT DEFENDERS ARRIVED IN NAGORNO KARABAKH REPUBLIC TO PARTICIPATE IN INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCEMay 3, 2002 - 23:59 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - International conference entitled «Impact of September 11-th events on non-governmental organizations of Azerbaijan, Armenia and Nagorno Karabakh» started in Stepanakert. A delegation representing Azerbaijan's right defending organizations arrived in the NKR capital to participate in the conference. NKR President Arkadiy Ghukasian received the forum participants. The guests visited Stepanakert press club, the capital investigatory isolation ward, and Shushi town prison. The conference initiator is chairman of «Helsinki initiative - 92» Nagorno Karabakh committee Karen Ohanjanian.
