ALMOST ALL ARMENIAN CULTURAL AND MENTAL CENTERS SUFFERED FROM EARTHQUAKE IN TBILISI

PanARMENIAN.Net - Havlabar Armenian bock in Georgian city of Tbilisi was injured most of all from the earthquake taken place in Georgia on the night of April 25. As we have already reported, four of the seven victims of the natural disaster were Armenians. Some old buildings were demolished in Havlabar. Surb Gevorg and Echmiadznots Armenian churches are damaged. The building of the Armenian Dramatic Theater after Petros Adamian is also harmed. It is out of fix. Let us remind that just a few hours before the earthquake took place measures devoted to the memory of the victims of the Armenian genocide in 1915 was held in the theatre building.
