DIAMOND EXCHANGE TO OPEN IN YEREVANApril 23, 2002 - 00:02 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - 10 May in Yerevan the trade exhibition "Jeweler's art-2002" will open. Armenian and foreign companies will participate in it. The chair of the Union of Armenian jewelers, the chair of the committee of directors of the Yerevan Jewelry factory Emil Grigorian in his interview with the "Mediamax" agency reported "Adamas" and "Tsemes" major Russian companies, "Sokolov" German company representative house in Saint Petersburg, "Dalloz" finance company as well as companies from Georgian and Uzbekistan would participate in the exhibition. The exhibition will last four days. The volume of diamond cut has increased by five for last 5 years. Emil Grigorian also stated the Union of jewelers created an initiative group for establishment of a diamond exchange in Yerevan.
