NKR PRIME MINISTER AND RA STATE PURCHASES AGENCY DELEGATION DISCUSSED CONTRIBUTING TO NKR STATE PURCHASES STRUCTUREApril 22, 2002 - 20:36 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Today the questions of contributing to the state purchases structure of Nagorno Karabakh were discussed by Nagorno Karabakh Republic Prime Minister Anushavan Daniyelian and the delegation of the Agency of State Purchases of Armenia headed by Gagik Khachatrian. As reported by NKR Government press office to "Arminfo" agency, it was noted in the course of the negotiations that the process of creating a structure of state purchases of Nagorno Karabakh is expected to be completed by the end of the year. In Gagik Khachatrian's words, such an initiative aims at creation of a favorable economic atmosphere for the enterprises operating in NKR, equal conditions for each of them, as well as favorable opportunities for their comprehensive activity. In his turn Anushavan Daniyelian noted that the state purchases structure of Armenia and Nagorno Karabakh possessed a good potential for cooperation, especially taking into consideration the fact that the NKR Parliament intended to pass the corresponding law, which would clarify the aims and the tasks of the future Agency.
