AZERBAIJAN CONTINUES IMPEDING PACE EXPERTS ARRIVAL IN KARABAKH

PanARMENIAN.Net - Azerbaijan continues laying down conditions to the Council of Europe under observation of which it will agree to arrival of PACE monitoring group in Azerbaijan. Chairman of the country parliament Murtuz Aleskerov stated official Baku main demand was that Nagorno Karabakh to be monitored by a group which would arrive in Stepanakert not through Armenian but Azeri territory. Besides it Baku authorities insist upon the condition that Azeri experts should accompany the PACE delegation in Karabakh. In Aleskerov's words, it is necessary for «the Armenian party not to be able to present false information to the delegation.»
