  AZERBAIJAN CONTINUES IMPEDING PACE EXPERTS ARRIVAL IN KARABAKHApril 10, 2002 - 23:54 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Azerbaijan continues laying down conditions to the Council of Europe under observation of which it will agree to arrival of PACE monitoring group in Azerbaijan. Chairman of the country parliament Murtuz Aleskerov stated official Baku main demand was that Nagorno Karabakh to be monitored by a group which would arrive in Stepanakert not through Armenian but Azeri territory. Besides it Baku authorities insist upon the condition that Azeri experts should accompany the PACE delegation in Karabakh. In Aleskerov's words, it is necessary for «the Armenian party not to be able to present false information to the delegation.»  Top stories The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution. President of the Armenian parliament Alen Simonyan met with the Speaker of the Azerbaijani Milli Majlis Sahiba Gafarova.
