Party's ex-leader Raffi Hovhannisyan, who recently resigned his mandate, is in Armenia, and will decide for himself as to where and when he should present his position, Heritage Parliamentary Faction Leader Stepan Safaryan stated, adding that it's incorrect to publish internal documentation without permission, regardless of their secrecy level.
