ARF Dashnaktsutyun to be on hunger strike for 4 weeks

PanARMENIAN.Net - Hunger strike against Armenian-Turkish Protocols will last 4 weeks, ARFD Supreme Body representative Armen Rustamyan told journalists. He finds that people are not closely familiar with documents and do not see its disadvantages that may reflect on young generation, ARFD's principal goal is to reveal document contents to people.



ARFD Dashnaktsutyun has started a rally and hunger strike near Foreign Ministry and Government buildings as sign of protest against Protocols on Normalization of Armenian-Turkish relations. Protesters hold posters reading, "No Preconditions!", "No Acceptance, No Concessions, Protest!". There is also a stand containing ARFD's demands proposed to be included in Armenian-Turkish Protocols.



Initially 24 individuals, including ARFD's youth wing representatives and Supreme Body members were reported on hunger strike.
