  «ARMENTEL» COMPANY ABANDONS ILLEGAL RESTRICTIONApril 9, 2002 - 23:35 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - The state commission for the protection of economic competition in Armenia has appealed to the economic court and took an action against «ArmenTel» company. Introducing new services of mobile communication, the company, making use of its monopolistic position in the market of telecommunications, refuses to serve clients if they do not buy a mobile phone from «ArmenTel». «ArmenTel» press service claims that company has not insisted on purchasing of the phones while completing the documents for the new services for few days already.
