  HEYDAR ALIYEV AGAIN HAS HEALTH PROBLEMSApril 4, 2002 - 23:58 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - According to Baku «Yeni Musavat» newspaper, Azeri President Heydar Aliyev again has some health problems. This became obvious March 31 when he was visiting the alley of Shehids. That day his motorcade had to stop in the middle of its way. The newspaper makes a supposition that exactly because of health problems Heydar Aliyev was not present at the reception in the Embassy of China. And what is more, for last three days he has not had TV appearance. And this is an event for Azerbaijan.
