RUSSIAN AMBASSADOR TO AZERBAIJAN PERVERTING RF FOREIGN MINISTER'S INITIATIVE

In Ryabov's opinion "the appointment of the special representatives of Azerbaijan and Armenia, which will hold a joint work with the Minsk Group Co-Chairs on the Karabakh conflict peaceful settlement, is called to discuss questions global by nature, too. This will let stepwise prepare "productive ground" for the problem solution. The question of liberating the territories in exchange for resumption of the railway communication may be discussed at the meeting of the Co-Chairs of the Minsk Group with the special representatives of the Armenian and Azeri Presidents," - the Russian Ambassador stated. Meanwhile, the initiative of the Russian Deputy Foreign Minister did not presuppose the opportunity of preliminary conditions. The point was just that resumption of the railway communication very profitable from the economic point of view both for Armenia and Azerbaijan, could become a stimulus to start economic mechanisms, which told very positively on the process of searching solutions for the political problems.
