HEYDAR ALIYEV EXPRESSED HOPE FOR FAIR SOLUTION OF KARABAKH PROBLEM IN LETTER TO US PRESIDENT

PanARMENIAN.Net - Azeri President Heydar Aliyev has sent US President George W. Bush a letter in response to his message on the 10-th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations between the two countries. The head of Azerbaijan welcomed waiver of Section 907 of the Freedom Support Act and noted that the step would contribute to developing strategic partnership between the two countries. Having expressed satisfaction with the US President's attention to the Karabakh settlement, Aliyev expressed hope that the problem would receive a just solution.
