US CONGRESS TO CONSIDER ISSUE ON FINANCING HUMANITARIAN PROGRAMS IN NKR

PanARMENIAN.Net - Yesterday in Stepanakert the meeting of NKR President Arkady Ghukasian and secretary of the US Senate Committee for foreign operations Paul Grouv who is in Karabakh in order to get to know the situation and the course of the realization of the humanitarian programs took place. As NKR President's press service reports, Arkady Gukasian acquainted Paul Grouv with the current situation in social, educational and cultural spheres noting that the non-recognition of the republic prevents the republic from getting international credits. The Congress representative promised to introduce the projects of humanitarian programs that would be financed by the US government before American legislators.
