ACCORDING TO BAKU MASS MEDIA "NEW PROPOSALS ON KARABAKH" WILL BE DISCUSSED IN THE COURSE OF ALIYEV'S VISIT TO MOSCOW

PanARMENIAN.Net - In the course of Azeri President Heydar Aliyev's coming visit to Moscow new proposals on Karabakh conflict settlement will be discussed among other questions. According to the reports in Baku mass media, this statement was made in Baku by Russian Ambassador Nikolay Ryabov. He did not specify what "new proposals" meant and who was their author. As it is known OSCE Minsk Group, of which Russia is a co-chair country, has not come out with any new initiatives and is still working on adjusting the old ones. In this connection the report raises some doubts of reliability, as Russia did not permit itself any moves outraging the Minsk process framework earlier.
