ARMENIAN CENTRAL BANK ASSESSES 9% ECONOMIC GROWTH IN 2001

PanARMENIAN.Net - According to the estimates of the Central Bank of Armenia the year 2001 will be summarized with 9% economic growth. As reported by "Arka" agency, the growth of the Gross Domestic Product is mainly due to developing agriculture (its influence on GDP made 2.3%), service (3.2%). The average annual inflation made 3.2% against the planned 3.4%.
