TIME FOR ARMENIA GOVERNMENT-«ARMENTEL» COMPANY TALKS IS UP TODAY

PanARMENIAN.Net - Today 60-day term for the negotiations between Armenia's government and leadership of «ArmenTel» communication monopolist is up. There is not reliable information on the results of the two-month consultations yet. Armenia's justice minister David Arutyunyan who carried on negotiations with «ArmenTel» leadership has recently stated about possible prolongation of the terms for the talks. Transport and communication minister Andranik Manukayn has stated if the sides do not manage to reach an agreement, the ban against the establishment of per minute payment for city phone calls will remain valid.
