GEORGIAN PARLIAMENT NEW SPEAKER TO VISIT YEREVAN

PanARMENIAN.Net - Tuesday Georgian parliamentary delegation headed by Speaker Nino Burjanidze will arrive in Yerevan on an official visit. The members of the delegation will meet with President Robert Kocharian, National Assembly Chairman Armen Khachatrian, Prime Minister Andranik Margarian, and Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian. Appearance of Nino Burjanidze at the sitting of the National Assembly is planned. The guests will visit Holy Echmiadzin, where they will meet with Catholicos of All Armenians Garegin II. The Georgian parliamentarians will visit Parajanov museum and will lay wreaths to the eternal fire in memory of the victims of the Armenian genocide in 1915.
