REPRESENTATIVES OF "INTER-CONTACT" UKRAINIAN COMPANY ARRIVED IN YEREVAN TO CONCLUDE CONTRACT ON ACQUISITION OF "NAIRIT-1" ENTERPRISE CONTROLLING INTEREST

PanARMENIAN.Net - Representatives of "Inter-Contact" Ukrainian company, who are going to sign a contract with the leadership of the Ministry of Industry on acquisition of 51% of shares of "Nairit-1" chemical enterprise, arrived in Yerevan today. The Ukrainian side will gain the controlling interest through buying the additionally issued shares to the sum of 12 million dollars. "Inter-Contact" company commits itself to spend another 10 million dollars as investments. The enterprise, which is in a standstill due to debts, is already expected to resume work December 15. A part of "Nairit" production will be sold in the Chinese market.
