ARKADY GHUKASYAN CALLS OSCE TO SEND MISSION TO KARABAKH TO STUDY REAL SITUATION

PanARMENIAN.Net - Nagorno Karabakh's President Arkady Ghukasyan has addressed the OSCE chairman Mirche Joane and the Minsk group cochairmen letters with an proposal to form a mission under the OSCE aegis authorized to study the real situation in the spheres that are interesting for the OSCE in Nagorno Karabakh. As it is known, Azerbaijan has recently used many tribunes and brought imaginary accusations of the using of Karabakh's territory for the training of terrorists, nuclear-waste disposal and drugtraffic in order to discredit Nagorno Karabakh. "I hope that in spite of Azerbaijani side counteraction usually hampering the sending of international missions to Nagorno Karabakh our suggestion will have a positive response and will be realized at the earliest possible date", is said in Arkady Ghukasyan's letters.
