  Armenian Defense Minister departing for Moscow April 13, 2010 - 11:06 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - A delegation led by Armenian Defense Minister Seyran Ohanyan is departing for Moscow on April 13 to attend a meeting of the CIS Ministers of Defense. The participants will discuss and sign documents on military cooperation. Minister Ohanyan is also expected to hold bilateral meetings with Defense Ministers of Russia, Belarus and Ukraine. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
