IN MOSCOW, NAGORNO-KARABAKH'S PRESIDENT STATES HE EXCLUDES KARABAKH'S AUTONOMY IN AZERBAIJAN'S STRUCTURE

PanARMENIAN.Net - "Nagorno-Karabakh excludes the autonomy in the Azerbaijan's structure', has stated NK's President Arkady Ghukasyan at the press conference in Moscow. But, according to him, the country leadership is ready to have talks with Azerbaijan regarding the political settlement according to equal subjectivity principles. As "Arka" informs, Ghukasyan has noted that Nagorno-Karabakh is independent de facto and this has to be considered. He has emphasized that Nagorno-Karabakh's independence does not threaten Azerbaijan's security and is the pledge of stability in the Caucasian region.
