  "HOLSIM" SWISS COMPANY REFUSED "ARARATCEMENT" DEALOctober 25, 2001 - 22:58 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - "Holsim" Swiss company, recognized as the winner of the tender for the right of privatization of "Araratcement" enterprise refused the deal. The tender commission received written notification about it on October 23. It is supposed that refusal of "Holsim" from acquisition of the biggest cement producing plant in the Southern Caucasus is connected with bankruptcy of "Swiss Air" company. There is information that "Holsim" management intends to direct considerable funds for financial recovery of the air company.
