  Grigori Ayvazyan: Azerbaijan’s resolution on Karabakh is a good reason for Armenia to recognize NKRSeptember 2, 2010 - 17:32 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Azeri intention to submit Karabakh resolution for the discussion of UN General Assembly is good reason for Armenia to recognize NKR, according to the head of Azerbaijan’s Armenians Assembly Grigori Ayvazyan. “By submitting the resolution, Azerbaijan is deviating from the logics of negotiation process; under the circumstances, Armenia can allow itself to recognize NKR independence,” Ayvazyan stated. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire.
