HEYDAR ALIEV'S VISIT TO MOSCOW POSTPONED

PanARMENIAN.Net - Official visit of President of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliev to Russia is postponed till the end of November. As reported by CNA agency, in course of the visit a number of inter-governmental agreements will be signed. Agreement between Defense Ministries of Azerbaijan and RF over joint exploitation of Gabalin radio-locating station is also expected. Let us remind that the Russian party expresses interest towards giving status of military base to this object and long-term rent of the radio-locating station. At present annual payments for using the radio-locating station by the Russian party make 10-15 million dollars.
