  Armenian President offers participants of Armenian-French decentralized cooperation forum to visit NKR  October 7, 2010 - 21:51 AMTPanARMENIAN.Net - Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan met with the participants of Armenian-French decentralized cooperation forum. The President emphasized the importance of decentralized cooperation between the countries, resulting in creation of numerous programs between twin cities. President Sargsyan expressed hope fort he forum to further promote the ties establishes. In conclusion, Armenian leader offered forum participants to visit NKR to familiarize themselves with the achievements of Karabakh people.
