Today RA Foreign Minister Vardan Oskanian has stated that the Karabakh conflict settlement process should not be considered as connected with the decision of Russian State Duma on the possibility of including new subjects in the Federation. The point is that the law passed by the Lower Chamber of the Russian Parliament specifies that acceptance of Abkhazia, Southern Osetia and Prednistovie is only possible if Tbilisi and Kishinev give their consent to it. Nagorny Karabakh and Azerbaijan are not mentioned in the document.
