DALAKYAN IS THE ELECTED VICE-PRESIDENT OF THE BSECPA

The chairman of the committee on national-legal problems of the Armenia National Assembly, Victor Dalakyan has been elected the vice-president of the Parliament Assembly of the Black Sea economic collaboration. 37 out of 44 BSECPA participants voted for that. The Assemble took place in Baku, June 19-21. According to Armenian delegates, the Azerbaijani side made a few efforts to fail the suggested decision project on the vice-president person. Though besides 5 azerbaijanis, 2 delegates voted against the Dalakyan election. The next BSECPA session will take place December 4-6, in Sophia.
