During the regular congress of manufacturers it was come to the concrete agreement on producing of the details for small agricultural and sports airplanes. This agreement was a result of negotiations of Mikhail Pogosyan, the director of the complex "Sukhoy" and local partners. According to Pogosyan, the implementing of the project will not be prevented by anything, if the authorities show good will.
