THE WINNER OF "KHARABAKH CONFLICT REGULATION" SPECIAL COMPATITION IS DEFINED

PanARMENIAN.Net - . It was published the results of special competition for the most interesting project about the solution of Kharabakh problem declared by information portal "Gazeta.SNG.Ru". The winner of "Kharabakh conflict regulation" competition recognized Rza Safarov, the vise manager of household department of the president of Aazerbaijan. The project that he proposes provided the changing of territories of Armenia and Azerbaijan partially by preserving borders with neighbors Sates - Armenia with Iran, Azerbaijan with Turkey. Safarov suggested realizing that idea by building underground corridors. According to the project, the tunnel must connect Nakhichevan with Azerbaijan, and Nagorno Kharabakh with Armenia. Grigor Hakobian from Los Angeles was awarded by encouragement prize of "Gazeta.SNG.Ru". Hakobian is international journalist. He suggests to Armenia and Azerbaijan "to enter a competition of structuring the real democratic States. The prize of that competition will be Nagorno Kharabakh, which will be given by right to that country which will approve

that its people live free and happy." Aram Sarkisian (Democratic Party of Armenia), Igbal Agazade (The party of the unity of Azerbaijan), Alexander Manasian (The found against arbitrariness, Yerevan), also Khafiza Nazerli and Emil Megikhov from Baku were awarded by diploma as the project participants.
