Today the president Robert Kocharyan stated, that he positively appraises the government functioning. At the same time, he expressed his dissatisfaction with the macroeconomic rates during May 2001, which are not as high as they were during the rates of preceding months. It was informed by " Arka" agency. The president explained the slump with the relief cut of the gas import and with the diamond price decrease. The head of the country also mentioned that " the rate fluctuation is only a temporary occurrence", and expressed confidence, that till the end of the year the government will have managed to keep macroeconomic stability.
