  Karen Bekaryan: OSCE summit in Astana became a new stage in Karabakh conflict settlement December 4, 2010 - 15:38 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - At OSCE summit in Astana, equality of 3 main principles of international law: peoples’ right for self-determination, non-use of force and territorial integrity principle was consolidated for the first time, according to European Integration chairman Karen Bekaryan. As he told a news conference in Yerevan, previous statements of the Organization as well as other international structures were ambiguous, at times giving territorial integrity principle prevalence over peoples’ right for self-determination. “OSCE summit in Astana became a new stage in Karabakh conflict settlement,” the expert noted. The Armenian Defense Ministry has denied Azerbaijan's accusations of violating the ceasefire. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan took to social media to thank his Lithuanian counterpart for the contribution.
