PanARMENIAN.Net - There are a number of crucial problems for Armenia in the coming 5 years, in connection with which today it is important to pass the suggested constitutional changes, which represent a positive shift. Armenian foreign minister Vardan Oskanian told journalists having voted today. "We do not have time for obstacles to be put in the way of the legislative reform due to some political forces having individualized approach," - the minister noted.
