  Hayk Demoyan: Turkey and Azerbaijan have been knocked out December 27, 2010 - 14:10 AMT PanARMENIAN.Net - Turkey and Azerbaijan have been knocked out, according to Armenian Genocide Museum Institute director, historian Hayk Demoyan. “This year, Armenia has finally given an adequate response to Azerbaijan’s threats of war, causing Baku to settle down,” Demoyan told a news conference, adding that Baku was struck by declassification of WiliLeaks cables, which had a negative influence on Azerbaijan.
