Correspondent of Mediamax informs from Stepanakert that Russian co-chair of OSCE Minsk group Nikolay Gribkov, who was in Nagorno Karabakh 19-20 May with his American and French colleagues, said this.

Gribkov reminded that during the meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the OSCE member-countries in Helsinki, 1992, Karabakh was called an interested party, and therefore, "whether others like it or not, Karabakh is a side of the conflict."

Answering the question if its was possible that the NKR representatives join the Kocharian-Aliyev dialogue, Gribkov noted that "it will necessarily happen" though he couldn't give a precise timescale. --0--
