President of Armenia Robert Kocharian said today, speaking at "Armenia Investor Conference 2001" business forum in New York, that given the positive trends in resolving the Karabakh conflict, the obstacle of Armenia's unimpeded communications, caused by the blockade by Turkey and Azerbaijan, will soon be removed.At the same time, Robert Kocharian said, we have not been waiting for the blockades to be lifted.
