Possibility of resumption of hostilities in Karabakh low, yet not zero

PanARMENIAN.Net - The OSCE summit in Astana helped decrease the possibility of resumption of hostilities in Karabakh, however, not bringing in to zero, according to European Integration NGO chairman.

As Karen Bekaryan told a news conference in Yerevan, the summit worked as a restrictive factor for Baku. “Summit participants made their intention to support non-use of force in Karabakh conflict settlement clear to Azerbaijan,” the expert said.
