Foreign Minister of Armenia Vardan Oskanian left for Moscow today to participate in the 4th meeting of the foreign ministers of Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) member-states.As the press secretary of Armenian Foreign Ministry, Dzyunik Aghajanian told Mediamax, no bilaterial meetings of Oskanian with BSEC foreign ministers are envisaged.
