ARMENIAN PRESIDENT IS OPTIMISTIC BEFORE MEETING IN FLORIDA

The President of Armenia Robert Kocharian is optimistic before his meeting with the President of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev planned for 3 April in Florida, the Foreign Minister of Armenia Vardan Oskanian said in an interview to the Public TV of Armenia. According to him, there is an expectation of a "break through" in negotiations before each meeting of the heads of the two countries. At the same time, Oskanian said that in such process any meeting could become a "break through."

The fact that the meeting of the Presidents will last 4 days can bring a new quality to the process, as Kocharian and Aliyev will have enough time, Oskanian believes.

The Armenian Foreign Minister stressed that the Co-chairmen of the OSCE Minsk Group have no disagreements at present. --0--
