The Foreign Minister of Armenia Vardan Oskanian told the journalists that it's premature yet to publicize the details of the last meeting of Presidents R. Kocharian and H. Aliyev, held on March 4-5 in Paris.The conflict settlement is a "difficult process with both flights and falls", the Minister said. Oskanian didn't comment on the statements concerning the last meeting of the Presidents, voiced by Baku officials.
